About The Position
We’re looking for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join a private outpatient practice. This role is centered around one-on-one care, giving you the time to properly guide patients through their treatment plans and support steady progress. Spanish speaking is required. The position is located in Plantation, FL. The schedule is M, W, F 8:00 AM-6:00 PM and T, Th 9:00 AM-2:00 PM, with a patient volume of 1 patient per hour. The salary is $65K-$75K/year DOE plus full benefits.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active Florida PTA license
- Spanish speaking required

- Outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Follow and carry out PT-directed treatment plans
- Assist patients with exercises and mobility work
- Monitor progress and communicate updates
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation
- Support Spanish-speaking patients during sessions
