About The Position
This PTA role is for someone who enjoys structured days, clear treatment plans, and seeing measurable patient improvement week to week. You’ll support patients through rehab sessions, reinforce proper technique, and help the PT adjust care based on what you’re observing on the floor.
Requirements
- PTA degree from an accredited program
- Pennsylvania PTA license in good standing
- CPR/BLS certification
- Basic comfort with EMR/documentation systems
- Strong patient communication and professionalism

Responsibilities
- Deliver PT-directed treatment plans during scheduled sessions
- Coach safe technique for strengthening, balance, and mobility work
- Set up and assist with therapeutic modalities as ordered
- Track outcomes and share session notes and observations with the PT
- Help patients understand their plan and home exercises in plain language
- Complete documentation efficiently and accurately
- Support daily clinic flow (room readiness, equipment upkeep, safety checks)
