About The Position

We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a private physical therapy office serving the Normandy Park area. In this role, you will help patients work through their treatment sessions safely and consistently while supporting the plan of care established by the Physical Therapist. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys one-on-one patient interaction, values structure in the workday, and wants to be part of a clinic where the schedule supports quality care instead of high volume.

Requirements

Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant
Active Washington PTA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure in Washington
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to follow a Physical Therapist’s plan of care accurately
Organized, professional, and comfortable working in a private outpatient setting

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Lead patients through exercise programs and therapy-based activities
Monitor patient performance and communicate any changes or concerns
Reinforce proper technique, movement patterns, and follow-through during visits
Maintain accurate treatment documentation in the medical record
Prepare treatment areas and equipment for daily patient care
Support a smooth and professional clinic experience for patients and staff
