As a per diem, nonexempt Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll play a hands-on role in helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. Working under the guidance of licensed Physical Therapists, you'll implement treatment plans, support patient progress, and contribute to a collaborative care environment. Location: Wilson Health in Sidney, Ohio Schedule: This per diem, nonexempt position will provide coverage for staff PTO and/or on an as needed basis. Rehab Department Hours: Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-6:30pm, and Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm. Saturday and Sunday are on an on-call, as needed basis. The Rehab Department utilizes Epic. You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing (or eligibility)
- Driver’s License and access to a reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy treatments according to plan of care in outpatient, acute care, or home health settings
- Document via Epic or Homecare application
- Perform clinical upkeep as needed
