About The Position

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Stanwood, WA. This hybrid role includes in-clinic orthopedic care, aquatic therapy, and building up to one telehealth day per week. Requirements

  • Active or eligible Washington State PTA license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-engagement skills
  • Comfortable using EMR and telehealth systems

Nice To Haves

  • Aquatic therapy experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide 45-minute outpatient therapy sessions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
  • Support treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and aquatic therapy patients
  • Conduct telehealth sessions using digital rehabilitation platforms
  • Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in the EMR
  • Educate patients on mobility, recovery strategies, and injury prevention
  • Collaborate with PTs and clinical team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
