About The Position
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Naples, Florida is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), including new graduates, who is eager to grow in a supportive, mentorship-driven outpatient clinic. Our clinic uses Prediction Health in Prompt AI to optimize patient outcomes and treatment planning. Requirements
- Licensed PTA in Florida (or license-eligible)
- New grads welcome; 1–5 years experience also encouraged
- Solid foundation in orthopedic physical therapy
- Interest in balance and vestibular rehabilitation
- Coachable, motivated, and patient-centered
- Team-oriented with a desire for long-term growth
Responsibilities
- Assist with comprehensive evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a PT
- Deliver evidence-based care in: Outpatient orthopedics Balance & vestibular rehabilitation Neurological rehabilitation
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients
- Document treatments accurately and timely
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive clinic culture
- Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and clinical skill development
