About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in South Tampa. Coverage Area: South Tampa / Hillsborough County (Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on therapeutic care following the plan of care established by the Physical Therapist
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence
- Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
- Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
