About The Position

Requirements

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current or upcoming state of Physical Therapist Assistant Michigan license
Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to lear

Responsibilities

Assist with patient assessments and help develop treatment plans
Review referrals and medical records to determine appropriate therapy
Provide supervised direct patient care following established protocols
Document patient progress and caregiver instructions
Support quality standards for care delivered by assistants and techs
Contribute to plans of care, goal setting, and treatment program development
Help implement therapy programs and deliver essential interventions
Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare partners
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation
