This position is based in East Hillsborough, FL, serving patients in the Riverview to Sun City areas. As a Home Health PTA, you'll bring exceptional care directly to patients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and heal safely. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering hands-on therapeutic care following the evaluation of a supervising Physical Therapist Collaborating with patients, caregivers, and a supportive clinical team to deliver exceptional care. Utilize AI-assisted documentation and charting tools to support timely, accurate note completion and faster turnaround times Our technology-forward approach allows you to spend more quality time with patients and less time charting, supporting better work-life balance. Requirements
- Unincumbered Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (required)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation (required)
Nice To Haves
- Home health care experience is preferred, but not required
