About The Position
A private outpatient practice is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients and helping them stay on track with their recovery goals. Spanish speaking is required. The practice focuses on quality care, with a patient volume of 1 patient per hour.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active Florida PTA license
- Spanish speaking required

- Outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Support the Physical Therapist with treatment delivery
- Assist patients with exercise programs and rehab tasks
- Observe patient progress and communicate updates
- Complete treatment documentation accurately
- Help Spanish-speaking patients understand care plans
