Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Wisconsin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a growth mindset
- Committed to feedback, development, and high standards of care
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, one-on-one patient care under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans using exercise, manual techniques, and therapeutic interventions
- Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with supervising PTs
- Educate patients on movement, recovery, and long-term health strategies
- Contribute to a positive clinic environment that reflects our culture and standards
- Collaborate with the team to drive strong outcomes and patient experiences
