About The Position

Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy Asst credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Responsibilities
- Create individualized treatment plans that empower patients and their families to achieve their specific recovery goals.
- Evaluate patient conditions through comprehensive assessments to ensure every clinical intervention is tailored to their unique needs.
- Perform evidence-based therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and enhance their overall quality of life.
- Lead and mentor support personnel, including assistants and students, to maintain a high standard of collaborative care across the rehab team
