Functional Pathways is currently hiring in Richmond, VA for a Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to treat patients at two assisted living facilities - Hermitage Deep Run & Hermitage Three Chopt. Located in the vibrant Richmond, VA area, Hermitage Deep Run and Hermitage Three Chopt are sister assisted living and memory care communities that offer therapy professionals the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in supportive, resident-focused settings. Requirements

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
  • Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
  • Active state license required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
  • Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure. Screening requirements may vary by location.
