About The Position
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Edina, MN is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their clinician-driven team in an outpatient setting. This full-time position offers a supportive, collaborative environment with no weekend hours, focusing on quality care, mentorship, and work-life balance. The role is open to both experienced PTAs and new graduates.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Minnesota (or in final stages of licensure)
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (not required)
- Vestibular experience or interest is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Treat orthopedic, balance, and vestibular conditions
- Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
