We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a growing outpatient physical therapy clinic in Daphne, Alabama. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Alabama PTA license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented, proactive mindset

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Carry out established treatment plans and modify exercises as appropriate
• Educate patients on exercises, movement strategies, and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
