At WelbeHealth, each participant of our program is guided by our interdisciplinary team (IDT) – composed of clinical and non-clinical members who work cohesively to provide quality patient-centered care. Our values and participant focus lead the way no matter what. The WelbeHealth Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) is an integral part of the IDT, collaborating with other members of the Rehabilitation team to implement care plans and provide direct care to participants. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, the PTA provides restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy services to participants at the center and in their homes to maximize independence, safety, and to develop or restore function. This role is different because PTAs at WelbeHealth: Have lower patient volumes – no more seeing 3-4 patients an hour Form long-term relationships with participants rather than short-term rehab stints Collaborate with other therapists, providers, and disciplines Have work/life balance - no after hours of documentation We care about our team members. That’s why we offer: Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) Work/life balance - We mean it! 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and 6 sick days 401K savings + match Comprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonus And additional benefits! Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
