About The Position
We’re hiring a Spanish-speaking Physical Therapist Assistant to join a private outpatient clinic in Lauderhill, FL. You’ll work closely with patients to help them improve mobility and function while following structured treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist. The schedule is M, W, F 8:00 AM-6:00 PM and T, Th 9:00 AM-2:00 PM, with a patient volume of 1 patient an hour. The salary offered is $65,000-$75,000/year DOE plus full benefits.
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active Florida PTA license
- Spanish speaking required

- Outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily patient treatment sessions
- Guide exercise routines and therapy activities
- Monitor patient response and report concerns
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively in Spanish when needed
