About The Position

We’re seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient practice in Raritan, NJ. This position is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 1 patient per hour. Pay is $70K–$80K per year DOE, plus full benefits.
Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to assist with patient care in a fast-paced outpatient clinic. You will be responsible for carrying out treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring that patients receive effective therapy and rehabilitation.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited program
• Active New Jersey PTA license
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient treatments as prescribed by the Physical Therapist
• Lead patients through rehabilitation exercises and mobility tasks
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments
• Record treatment details and patient progress
• Support the Physical Therapist in maintaining an organized, clean clinic
