About The Position

We are recruiting a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a clinical team in Hillsborough, NJ. This full-time role involves helping patients work toward improved movement, reduced discomfort, and greater independence through guided treatment sessions. The PTA works directly with patients to carry out care plans, observe progress, and support treatment consistency. Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current New Jersey PTA license, or eligibility to obtain one
• CPR certification required
• Strong communication and clinical support skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a full-time patient care role

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist
• Assist patients during exercise, mobility, and therapeutic activity sessions
• Track patient responses and communicate progress updates
• Document treatments thoroughly and accurately
• Reinforce patient instruction and home care guidance
