What You Can Expect at Gateway : Opportunities for Growth Take the lead in developing new programs and step into leadership roles as you grow with us. Diverse Clinical Experience Treat a wide variety of medical conditions across the long-term care, short-term rehab, and outpatient setting. Top-of-License Practice Care for approximately 30 short-term rehab patients and 50 long-term care residents and outpatients using your full skillset every day including orthopedics, neuro rehab, cardiovascular recovery, dementia care, lymphedema/wound care, contracture management, custom mobility devices, the list is endless! Collaborative Team Culture Experience the power of true interdisciplinary collaboration alongside occupational, physical, and speech therapists, and skilled nursing teams. Exceptional Therapy Spaces Work in a state-of-the-art environment featuring: A fully equipped therapy gym A therapy pool Beautiful outdoor therapy spaces Spacious patient rooms and community areas And coming soon — a brand-new 10,000 sq. ft. outpatient clinic EXCITING NEWS: Gateway Transitional Care – Big Changes, Bigger Opportunities!
