FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is growing in Charlotte, North Carolina, and we are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who enjoys hands-on patient care and being part of a collaborative clinical team. Requirements
- Active North Carolina PTA license (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- At least 2 years of experience preferred
- Willingness to train and continue learning
- Strong patient communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Spanish-speaking ability
- Vestibular rehabilitation experience
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional movement programs
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques as appropriate
- Educate patients on home exercise programs
- Monitor progress and document patient outcomes
- Maintain a positive, team-focused clinic environment
