About The Position

We’re looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient clinic in Manville, NJ. This position offers a 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday schedule, treating 1 patient per hour. Compensation is $70K–$80K per year DOE, plus benefits.
Job Overview
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide hands-on patient care, assisting with the execution of treatment plans and guiding patients through rehabilitation activities in an outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited program
• Active New Jersey PTA license
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing therapy treatments and rehabilitation exercises
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Observe patient performance and report progress or changes
• Ensure the therapy environment is well-prepared and organized
• Communicate updates and feedback to the Physical Therapist
