Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Florida PTA license
- Current CPR certification
- Solid communication and observation skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior outpatient or rehab experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through exercise programs and functional treatment activities
- Observe patient response during sessions and report notable changes
- Complete accurate documentation for each visit
- Reinforce treatment instructions and home exercise guidance as directed
- Keep treatment areas clean, prepared, and ready for use
