Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Strong communication and patient engagement abilities
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
- Apply manual therapy techniques as directed
- Educate patients on home exercise plans
- Track progress and document patient outcomes
- Support a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
