Clinical Documentation: Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress updates accurately in accordance with PT Board standards. Interdisciplinary Communication: Collaborate with the rehab team and nursing staff regarding resident progress and discharge goals. Training & Education: Instruct families and nursing staff on maintenance programs to ensure residents maintain their functional gains. Restorative Support: Assist in training Restorative Aides to promote ongoing resident wellness. Professionalism: Relate positively and effectively with residents, families, and your professional colleagues. Qualifications: Licensure: Current, valid license from the California Physical Therapy Board (Required).
