Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Maryland or eligible
• Minimum of 2 year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and travel between patients

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Assist with implementing individualized care plans
• Deliver rehabilitation services focused on mobility, strength, and balance
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety
• Document patient progress accurately in EMR systems
• Communicate updates with supervising PT and care team
