Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of California
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for improving quality of life
Nice To Haves
- Experience in SNF or geriatric rehab a plus!
Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering top-notch therapeutic treatments as outlined by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Encourage and support residents in achieving their mobility and rehab goals
- Monitor and report patient progress
- Document therapy services per state and federal guidelines
- Create a positive, uplifting experience for residents every step of the way
