Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Everett Transitional Care Services and Bethany at Pacific | Everett, WA $35-$45/hour | Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Therapist-Owned Company Independence Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Everett Transitional Care Services and Bethany at Pacific, two programs located in the same building in Everett, WA. New clinicians receive: Strong integration and onboarding 1:1 training for documentation and treatments Customized clinical training based on your experience Ongoing mentorship and competency support when needed What You'll Do As the PTA, you'll treat a geriatric population in a SNF setting, including: Gait training and functional mobility Transfer training (all levels) Fall prevention and safety training Treatment of clinically complex patients Collaboration with the PT for care planning Collaboration with nursing, OT, ST, and facility staff Benefits Medical / Dental / Vision 401(k) with employer match Up to 3.5 weeks PTO per year Continuing education reimbursement up to $750/year Flexible scheduling and a team that works with you Requirements Current Washington PTA license in good standing Degree from an accredited PTA program Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population SNF experience preferred - but not required.
