Are you passionate about helping others regain their strength and mobility? We're looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic care team. In this role, you'll work under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, delivering personalized treatment plans that help patients recover, maintain, and improve their physical function. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree Required; Graduate of a Program in Discipline Required
  • Physical Therapy Assistant in the State
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized treatment plans using a variety of therapy techniques and modalities
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates or adjustments to the supervising therapist
  • Document care services and patient outcomes with accuracy and clarity
  • Educate patients and their caregivers about physical challenges and therapeutic goals
  • Support discharge planning, including equipment recommendations and community resource referrals
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of patient care
