About The Position

Stanwood-Camano Physical Therapy (SCPT) has been serving the Stanwood/Camano communities for more than 20 years. We deliver personalized, one-on-one care in a supportive, team-based environment where therapists can focus on quality outcomes with an emphasis on work life balance through our AI-powered documentation and workflows. We've teamed up with Joint Academy, a leading provider of hybrid physical therapy technology. This collaboration allows us to offer patients a premium care experience combining expert in-person therapy with virtual tools that enhance accountability, engagement, and long-term results. For clinicians, this partnership streamlines documentation and extends care continuity, making every patient interaction more effective and rewarding. Your Role Provide 1-on-1, 45-minute outpatient sessions, both in-person and via secure hybrid technology Treat orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions Help provide personalized care plans and home exercise programs supported by Joint Academy tools Educate and motivate patients to stay engaged in their rehabilitation Collaborate with PTs and support staff to ensure high-quality outcomes Opportunities for growth into additional roles

Requirements

  • Active Washington State PTA License (Required)
  • CPR Certification (Required)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Interest in technology and hybrid models of patient care
  • Passion for patient-centered, evidence-based treatment

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 1 year of outpatient clinical experience preferred
