About the role; Provide efficient, quality-oriented physical therapy patient care following the individualized PT Plan of Care (POC) including assessment, treatment, plan, progression of a home exercise program, patient education, and communication to maximize the patients progress towards achieving the functional goals set by the evaluating PT.

Requirements

  • Required PTA license in good standing with KY Board of Physical Therapy

  • Occasional stress from balancing workload and multiple tasks
  • Well lit and ventilated, with non-hazardous and hazardous equipment
  • Category III: involves exposure to bloodborne pathogens and may encounter chemical hazards
  • Extreme cold, heat and noise due to environments at athletic functions
  • Minimal exposure to communicable diseases
