Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Participate in patient care conferences and communicate effectively with the PT, nursing staff, and supervisors regarding resident progress. Restorative Leadership: Train and guide Restorative Aides in the nursing department to ensure a 24/7 rehabilitative environment.
