Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Virginia (or eligible)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and travel between patient homes
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred, not required
Responsibilities
- Provide home health physical therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized care plans
- Deliver rehabilitation services focused on mobility, strength, and balance
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety
- Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising PT
- Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation
