Requirements

Active Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
Minimum 1–2 years PTA experience (home health preferred)
EMR experience (WellSky/Kinnser or Homecare Homebase preferred)
Strong documentation and communication skills
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement established treatment plans
Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
Complete accurate and timely documentation in EMR
Communicate patient progress to supervising PT and care team
