What You’ll Do: Provide home health physical therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist Assist in implementing individualized care plans Deliver rehabilitation services focused on mobility, strength, and balance Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising PT Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation What We’re Looking For: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Virginia (or eligible) Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required Home health experience preferred, not required Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and travel between patient homes Service Area: Fredericksburg, VA and surrounding areas including: Stafford, VA Spotsylvania, VA King George, VA Woodbridge, VA Dumfries, VA Culpeper, VA Warrenton, VA Orange, VA Let’s Be Real: If you want flexibility, control over your schedule, and the ability to actually focus on your patients — this is your lane. Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Virginia (or eligible)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and travel between patient homes
