About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role involves assisting with treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring accurate documentation in an outpatient or clinical setting.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
- Current BLS certification (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Nice To Haves
- Prior clinical or outpatient experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulations
- Educate patients on exercises and rehabilitation techniques
- Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to support optimal patient outcomes
