Position Overview The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) works under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans that support: Gross motor development Strength, balance, and coordination Functional mobility Confidence and independence in daily activities Our sessions are active, hands-on, and engaging. You’ll spend your days on the floor, in the gym, on swings, on mats, celebrating milestones big and small. You will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and supported in developing your clinical reasoning and treatment skills. Requirements

  • Valid Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
  • Openness to feedback, reflection, and growth
