Requirements

Current California PTA license
Valid California driver’s license
Strong communication, time management, and clinical skills

Nice To Haves

Home health experience preferred; strong outpatient or inpatient PTAs encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Implement treatment plans to improve mobility, function, balance, and safety
Perform therapeutic exercise, gait training, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
Educate patients and caregivers
Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the care team
Complete documentation in Kinnser supported by AI-assisted charting tools
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes
