About The Position

Midtown Oaks Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team. Our therapy team works closely with nursing and physicians to deliver high-quality post-acute rehabilitation care in a supportive, team-focused environment. Requirements

  • Active California PTA license (required)
  • Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Casamba or PointClickCare is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of the Physical Therapist
  • Follow individualized treatment plans and physician orders
  • Document daily treatments and patient progress
  • Communicate with the therapy and interdisciplinary care team
  • Participate in care plan meetings as needed
  • Educate patients and families on therapy programs and discharge planning
  • Maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas
