Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Part Time
About The Position
Zona Physical Therapy & Wellness is expanding and seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient orthopedic and wellness clinic in Buford. We are a modern, patient-focused clinic integrating physical therapy with advanced recovery services including red light therapy, infrared sauna, and whole body cryotherapy. We welcome both new graduates seeking mentorship and experienced PTAs looking for growth and leadership opportunities. Position: Part-Time (20–30 hours/week) Opportunity to grow into Full-Time Compensation: $24–$30 per hour (based on experience) Performance Bonus Opportunities Performance Bonus Structure: Bonus paid for visits exceeding monthly productivity target Example: $3–$5 per visit after 60 completed visits/month Opportunity for leadership pay increase as clinic grows (Structured to reward initiative and strong patient care.)
Requirements
- Active Georgia PTA license (required)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Growth mindset and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on treatment under supervising PT
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
