About Us Human Touch Home Health is hiring an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home therapy services. We’ve served our communities for over 27 years with compassionate, high-quality care.
Requirements
- PTA Associate’s degree
- Active MD PTA license or eligibility
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Home health or rehab experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist PTs with patient care in the home
- Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and ADL support
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety and home programs
- Monitor progress and document visits accurately
