Our clinicians treat a wide range of diagnoses including neurological conditions, stroke, medically complex cases, orthopedic injuries, balance disorders, and functional mobility impairments. Whether you enjoy working with a broad inpatient caseload or supporting specialized programs such as neurorehabilitation or post-surgical recovery, we value your clinical skills and dedication to patient-centered care. This is an experienced-level role and is not designed for new graduates.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Active state PTA license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

  • Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility training, gait training, balance retraining, and functional restoration
  • Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, case management, and OT/SLP teams
  • Educate patients and families on exercise programs, safety techniques, and discharge recommendations
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards
