New clinicians receive: Strong integration and onboarding 1:1 training for documentation and treatments Customized clinical training based on your experience Ongoing mentorship and competency support when needed What You'll Do As the PTA, you'll treat a geriatric population in a SNF setting, including: Gait training and functional mobility Transfer training (all levels) Fall prevention and safety training Treatment of clinically complex patients Collaboration with the PT for care planning Collaboration with nursing, OT, ST, and facility staff

Requirements

  • Current Washington PTA license in good standing
  • Degree from an accredited PTA program
  • Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population

Nice To Haves

  • SNF experience preferred - but not required. New grads are welcome, and we provide structured training and mentorship.
