Human Touch Home Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled in-home therapy services throughout Spotsylvania, Locust Grove, Orange, and Stafford. Requirements
- Active Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant license
- 1–2 years PTA experience (home health preferred)
- EMR experience (WellSky/Kinnser or Homecare Homebase preferred)
- Strong documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Implement established treatment plans
- Improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in EMR
- Communicate patient progress to supervising PT and interdisciplinary team
