We are proud to be recognized by: Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) UDS – Uniform Data System nationally ranked in the top 5% of Rehabilitation Hospitals in 2024 How you’ll contribute A Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) who excels in this role: The Physical Therapist Assistant provides physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assisting in restoring function and improving mobility.

Requirements

Team-oriented and patient-focused with strong communication skills.
Current TN physical therapy assistant licensure
Associate’s degree from a PTA program.
CPR certification required.

Nice To Haves

Rehab or acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer physical therapy interventions as directed by the supervising PT.
Assist in patient mobility and exercise routines.
Monitor patient responses and report progress to PT.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for treatment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
