About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join an outpatient rehabilitation team. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality care and support patients in achieving functional mobility and recovery goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to patients
- Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising PT
- Educate patients on exercises and home care programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment
- Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes
