Requirements
- Associate’s degree from accredited PTA program
- Current VA PTA license or eligibility
- 2+ years healthcare experience (home health preferred)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Assist PT with patient assessments and treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Assist with gait training, transfers, and ADLs
- Educate patients/caregivers on safety and home exercises
- Document care and report patient status changes
