About The Position
CarePath Injury Centers is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Lansdale, PA clinic. This is a full-time, W2 position with guaranteed hours, a consistent weekday schedule, and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Job Overview As a Physical Therapist Assistant at CarePath Injury Centers, you will work alongside licensed Physical Therapists and medical providers to deliver high-quality rehabilitation care to patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries, and personal injuries. This role is a good fit for someone who is confident in their skills, working with others, and providing exceptional patient care to patients.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (required)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Orthopedic, outpatient, or injury-based experience preferred
- New graduates encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist patients with rehabilitation programs and injury recovery
- Accurately document treatments and patient progress
- Educate patients on exercises and treatment plans
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists and medical providers
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and documentation standards
