HealthPro Heritage is thrilled to present an outstanding Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) opportunity. Location : Seven Acres Senior Living (formerly Clifton View) in Cincinnati, OH. Need: Full-time role (30–40 hours/week) in a skilled nursing facility that truly values excellence in care and community. Licensed Skilled Nursing Facility: The facility is licensed by the Ohio Department of Health and staffed by a multidisciplinary team including RNs, LPNs, social workers, registered dietitians, and licensed therapists. Renovated Therapy Gym: The therapy gym was renovated recently (in 2021) and is equipped with advanced physical, occupational, and speech therapy tools — ideal for creating individualized rehab plans. Room Accommodations: There are 58 private, semi-private, and deluxe private skilled nursing rooms that emphasize residents’ comfort, privacy, and dignity. Rich Amenities & Services: On-site physical, occupational, and speech therapy Wound care, medical management, and IV/infusion therapies Recreational therapy, social services, and daily activities Beautiful, Meaningful Setting: The campus is situated on about 7 scenic acres with views of the University of Cincinnati, area hospitals, and the Ohio River. 24/7 Skilled & Rehab Care: They provide round‑the‑clock nursing and rehabilitative care, helping residents post-surgery or after hospital discharge to recover in a warm, supportive environment. Resident-Centered Rehab: Therapy plans are personalized. The rehab team collaborates with residents and families, continually reviewing goals, and training caregivers on techniques and equipment. Trusted Reputation: While licensed for Medicare and Medicaid, Seven Acres draws referrals from area physicians, thanks to its strong rehab program and continuity of care. Requirements

Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques.
Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Work closely with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
