Requirements

• Active Texas PTA license
• BLS CPR certificate
• Reliable transportation
• Comfort with technology (email, texting, tablets)

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch home care therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes to help them regain strength and mobility
• Maintain simple digital therapy documentation with provided training
• Be a positive presence in the patients' day
